Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Product Manager within our SFCM team to identify customer needs, define product requirements, assess market opportunities, and coordinate product launches across engineering, sales, advertising, and production.

You will bring strong post-trade expertise, build lasting client relationships, and translate operational needs into actionable requirements while guiding cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

8–10 years of industry experience in capital markets.
Solid knowledge of securities financing and post-trade services.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to translate operational needs into actionable product requirements.
Ability to lead small projects with defined timelines and resources.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities.
Define product requirements, product-line strategy, packaging, and pricing recommendations.
Evaluate new product ideas, ROI, and development plans.
Coordinate timelines and product launches with cross-functional teams.
Build integrated go-to-market plans with sales, advertising, and production.
Support and guide colleagues while leading smaller projects.
