Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Program Manager to lead Technology Capital Builds in London, aligning Real Estate, Workplace Services, IT and Security to design and deliver office builds, labs, and secured facilities with robust low‑voltage, network, AV and security scopes.

You will coordinate across internal teams and vendors, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and establish repeatable standards for global portfolio delivery, while ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience managing capital build projects in CRE environments.
• Experience with AV, low‑voltage, network infrastructure, and access control.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Real Estate, Workplace Services, IT and Security to deliver capital builds.
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality across internal teams, partners and vendors.
• Ensure AV, access control, and network systems meet enterprise standards and readiness.
