The Clancy Group in Dartford is seeking a CAPEX Supervisor to lead water mainlaying projects across Sussex and Kent. This hands-on supervisory role will guide site teams, ensure safety, quality and programme adherence, and coordinate with the client and stakeholders.

You will plan works, manage RAMS, inspections and handover activities, promoting a right-first-time approach and supporting commissioning of completed water mains.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in delivering water mainlaying and clean water infrastructure projects.
• Ability to plan work, manage RAMS and construction information.
• Proven track record supervising site teams and ensuring safety and quality.
• Strong client and stakeholder coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise water mainlaying projects from site setup through construction and completion.
• Lead site teams, maintain safety and quality standards.
• Plan works, labour, plant, materials, access and traffic management.
• Ensure works follow RAMS and approved construction information.
• Carry out site inspections and safety audits; address hazards promptly.
• Monitor progress and flag delays early; drive right-first-time delivery.
• Coordinate with client, project team, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of mains.
