Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Planning Team provides volume forecasts and flexible capacity solutions for in-station and on-road operations year-round, and enables the business to scale for events and peaks.
Our team is newly emerging in AMZL, aiming to improve processes, tools and metric accuracy of capacity planning. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, as well as effective communication skills, to realize the rapid growth of our logistics network with best customer experience possible.

Key job responsibilities
- Dive deep into business issues by analyzing data, as well as by communicating with stakeholders.
- Drive scalable solutions by building reports, tools and mechanisms.
- Collaborate with product teams for model optimization.
- Explore new areas of business growth opportunity.
- Execution of metric planning.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Business level English
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Business level Japanese
- Knowledge of SQL
- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
