Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a Routing & Geospatial Program Manager to lead strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology projects within AMZL. The successful candidate will own projects related to last mile delivery, collaborating with AMZL ACES managers, Station Managers, and WW SMEs to ensure accuracy in planning and execution.
This role involves identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer delivery experiences. Responsibilities include scoping projects, developing processes, coordinating execution, and communicating progress, risks, and changes to senior management. Strong project management, cross-team coordination, and executive communication skills are essential.
Success in this role: The candidate should demonstrate strong project management skills, effective communication, self-motivation, passion, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. They will influence business decisions, support decision-making, and adapt to a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities:
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience with MS Access and SQL
