Job summary
London City Airport is seeking a Capacity Manager to maintain operational performance and guide the delivery of the development programme. You will lead capacity planning, modelling, and KPI oversight, collaborating with CI and operations to optimise performance for passengers and partners.
The role requires strong data analysis, aviation knowledge, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while navigating complex infrastructure changes.
Qualifications
- Educated to university level in Aviation/Airport Planning or related field.
- Experience with modelling tools/technology desirable (Arcport, CAST, Airtop, Sim 3D).
- Strong IT skills incl. Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Fabric, Qlik).
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
Responsibilities
- Identify and define strategic operational KPIs for performance review.
- Lead capacity modelling and forecasting for short to long term planning.
- Deliver capacity assessments to enable accurate requirements and budgets.
- Collaborate with CI team to release capacity and support growth.
