Job description

Sub Capability Lead, Demand and Supply – External - Onsite

1. 10+ years of experience leading a business or IT sub-segment (Order Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning), specifically within the manufacturing industry.
2. Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role, understanding requirements, coordinating with competency leads, and leading to offerings.
3. Knowledge of multiple ERPs and their functions in P2P, O2C, and D2S processes.
4. Business process knowledge – SAP IBP or similar business cycles.
5. Demand process expertise (client projects, initiatives), P&L, and monitoring processes.
6. Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Experience in gap analysis of IT and business processes, initiative and opportunity assessment.
8. Proven experience working with various IT competency teams, business heads, and translating opportunities into projects.
9. Experience in the 'Run' and 'Build' processes of IT applications in the manufacturing industry.
10. At least one full cycle implementation experience in DP, SNP, GATP, SD is preferred.
