As a Capability Development Coach, you will support our staff through Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring they are prepared to handle challenging behaviors positively and confidently. You will deliver induction training, including PRICE, mentor on-site tutors, and promote Positive Behaviour Support principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Profile: Passionate about staff development, experienced with challenging behavior, skilled in coaching and communication, organized, innovative, and willing to travel across sites.
