About the job
You will manage a remote caseload of learners, guiding them through their apprenticeship journey. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality coaching, tailored support, and regular progress tracking to ensure every learner reaches their full potential and successfully completes their programme.
Visiting learners in the workplace/remotely and training and assessing them as part of their Apprenticeship programme to ensure successful outcomes aligned with contractual requirements and targets.
