Job summary

Flexspace is seeking a Centre Manager for our Canterbury site. This part-time role (24 hours per week) entails hands-on management with autonomy and occasional travel to a second southeast site. You will report to the Southern Regional Manager and liaise with Peterborough head office.

Driving licence and own transport are essential. The role focuses on profitability, customer service, and site operations, with pro-rated salary and a flexible work pattern across 3–4 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Able to build relationships and work autonomously.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive centre profitability by managing vacancies, occupancy and revenue.
• Own and implement centre policies, safety, and maintenance checks.
• Communicate with the head office and regional management; manage supplier interactions.
• Maintain accurate occupancy documentation and monthly invoicing processes.
• Support and develop site-level processes and customer service.
