Job summary

The King's Trust is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our South London Centre and provide operational support to the Islington Space and Southampton site. You will oversee centre performance, line-manage Coordinators, manage facilities, safety, budgets and compliance to ensure safe, welcoming environments for young people, staff and volunteers.

This role is based in London, full-time, five days a week in the office with occasional travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior line management experience.
• Experience in facilities, operations, estates or venue management is essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Centre Coordinators and oversee daily operations.
• Manage facilities, health and safety, budgets and contractors.
• Ensure centres are safe, welcoming and compliant for staff, volunteers and young people.
• Provide cross-site operational support to Islington Space and Southampton site.
