• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate data and progress.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist in lead generation for potential candidates through networking and events.
