Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT Co-ordinator to support the clinical team and patient pathways at the Cancer MDT Meeting, ensuring the Trust meets national Cancer Waiting Time Standards.

The role involves collecting data from multiple sources and entering it into the Somerset cancer database, requiring excellent organisational and communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the clinical team and patient pathways at the Cancer MDT Meeting.
• Collect data from various sources and enter into Somerset cancer database.
• Cover cross-site MDTs and support Gynaecology MDT meetings as required.
• Liaise with the band 4 tracker to ensure patients progress through their pathway and escalate when needed.
