Zusammenfassung

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Cancer Navigator based at Lincoln County Hospital to coordinate the cancer patient pathway, arrange appointments and investigations, and ensure timely care within national targets.

You will work across divisions, support staff, and liaise with partner organisations to deliver high quality, patient-centred care for those on cancer pathways in Lincolnshire.

Qualifikationen

• English & Maths GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent level of demonstrable experience, plus additional short courses or training to diploma level or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate cancer patient pathway, arranging appointments, investigations and treatment.
• Work across divisions to ensure timely care and pathway compliance.
• Engage with senior medical staff, nursing staff and partner organisations to support patient care.
