Job summary

The University of Leeds is seeking a self-motivated Senior Fitness Instructor to supervise a small team of Fitness Instructors and provide fitness instruction, Personal Training (PT), course delivery, Health and Fitness Assessments and tailored programmes for our diverse member base on campus.

With a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent, you will engage and motivate others to achieve goals, lead by example, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and continuous

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent.
• Experience delivering group exercise sessions in a fitness facility.
• Proven ability to engage, motivate and influence participants.
• Experience supervising a small team and delivering health assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of fitness facilities and staff.
• Deliver group exercise sessions and Personal Training to members.
• Deliver health assessments and prepare tailored fitness programmes.
• Contribute to course delivery and customer service improvements.
• Provide help and advice to members and maintain high service standards.
