Job summary

Active Communities Together in Totnes is seeking a dedicated Fitness Instructor to help customers reach their goals. You will guide inductions, perform comprehensive fitness assessments, and design bespoke personal programmes to suit individual needs.

You will ensure safety and enjoyment of all users, promote outstanding service, and uphold brand standards in every interaction. REPS Level 2 or equivalent is preferred, and a benefits package includes a free gym membership and pension.

Qualifications

• Inductions and fitness assessments experience.
• Ability to design personalised fitness programmes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices is advantageous.

• ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody using the health and fitness facilities
• Promote and deliver outstanding customer service and motivating customers through clear communication and effective guidance.
• Take full responsibility for the daily operations of our fitness facilities
• To uphold the expression's brand in every interaction, from inductions and fitness assessments, always adhering to our operational standards
• You will ideally possess the REPS Level 2 or equivalent qualification
