Job summary

4Leisure Recruitment Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor to join on a flexible, zero-hour basis. Qualified Level 2 and Level 3 PTs are invited to deliver inductions, run group classes, and assist with gym operations in a supportive environment.

You will provide excellent customer service, motivate members, ensure safe equipment use, and help maintain a clean, professional facility across shifts that fit around your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A professional, friendly and motivational approach
• Passion for fitness, health and wellbeing
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different gym environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming, positive and motivating gym environment.
• Provide gym inductions and support members with safe and effective use of gym equipment.
• Deliver group exercise classes where required.
• Provide support across the gym floor and assist with day-to-day gym operations.
• Complete routine equipment checks and help maintain a clean, safe and professional fitness facility.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and ensure members exercise safely.
• Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness and health goals.
