Job summary

The University of Nottingham’s Health & Fitness team at University Park is seeking a motivated Gym/Fitness Instructor to welcome members, deliver inductions and tailor fitness programmes.

You will lead group classes, support members on the gym floor, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment across our facilities. NVQ Level 2 in Gym/Fitness Instructing is required, with a passion for helping others succeed.

Your working hours will be 36.25 hours per week. If you are interested in part-time working a minimum of 18.125 hours per week, we encourage you to apply. We may also consider job share arrangements. All staff employed at Levels 1-3 will be eligible to claim unsocial hours (hours worked between 10pm and 6am) and weekend working enhancements. This payment will take the form of a 15% uplift for any time worked between 10pm and 6am and any hour(s) worked on a Saturday or Sunday.
