Job summary

Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking an Occupational Health & Safety Manager to join the Estates team across all campuses in Aylesbury. The role is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with a salary of £39,581.12 to £44,547.19 per annum and a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will oversee professional health and safety, drive improvements in safety management systems, and promote a positive safety culture campus-wide.

Qualifications

• Qualifications and experience within the Health & Safety field.
• Excellent eye for detail with strong communication skills.
• Experience implementing health and safety management systems in line with current standards and legislation.
• Promoting a positive safety culture across college campuses.
