Job summary

Brunel University London is seeking a Residential Operational Services Manager for its Uxbridge campus. The role reports to the Senior Residential Operational Services Manager of Student Living and focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant housing services.

You will lead a team of supervisors and operatives, manage audits, and drive improvements to policies and processes while supporting a flexible, customer-focused service model across the estate.

Qualifications

• Experience managing student-facing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Housekeeping Supervisors, Assistants, and Operatives.
• Plan and monitor resource use and staffing across the residential estate.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, Codes of Practice and Health & Safety requirements.
• Drive improvements to processes and policies within Student Living.
• Deliver a high-quality, 24/9 customer-focused service with weekend work as needed.
