Job summary

University Partnerships Programme (UPP) is seeking a Residence Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Eleanor Rosa House Halls of Residence, London Stratford. This onsite, full-time role ensures high standards of service delivery and safety.

You will manage soft services, supervise multi-discipline teams, liaise with residents and visitors, handle enquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with the SLA and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent people management and customer service experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in hospitality, facilities management or residential settings.
• Knowledge of financial management, health and safety legislation and SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with residents, delegates, contractors and visitors professionally.
• Promote customer service excellence within the team.
• Manage enquiries and complaints, escalating as needed.
• Supervise and appraise Maintenance, Out of Hours Facilities Team and Residence Supervisor staff.
• Review site procedures to meet SLA standards and statutory compliance.
