Miryco Consultants is working with a leading global investment manager to find a Campus recruiter to join their TA team on a fixed-term contract. This individual will assist with all Campus recruitment..

Responsibilities:

• Driving the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple business areas.
• Understand the needs of the business to design and execute a recruiting process to attract and assess a strong pipeline of diverse candidates.
• Building relationships with key business stakeholders, the global campus team and other HR colleagues.
• Design and execution of in-house events and programs (including the Summer Internship).
• Ownership of data management and reporting for relevant business areas

Experience:

• 3+ years of in-house campus recruitment experience
• Experience working in Asset Management and/or global FS firm
• Demonstratable experience in full lifecycle recruiting

Length of contract: 6-months

Location: London
