Position Summary: The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruitment of qualified candidates. They will be responsible for matching specific candidates with specific positions while building relationships and networks in clinical research management disciplines. They will be expected to understand and support the recruitment needs of sales and account management and proactively seek and maintain a well-qualified candidate pool/skills database. As a Senior Recruiter you will be a highly capable and efficient recruitment professional, able to lead complex assignments delivering exceptional candidate delivery. A Senior Recruiter should be able to work independently, producing the highest quality of candidates with minimal internal review. Within your role, a Senior Recruiter should be able to mentor and coach other more junior employees, acting as an official ‘buddy’ for new joiners. When required, a Senior Recruiter may be responsible for covering the workload of Team Leader or running various initiatives independently, e.g. performance, quality and compliance, systems, training or marketing initiatives independently. Senior Recruiters are considered role models within the business and should consistently work to better the service provided by Planet Pharma.
