Job summary

Blackstone is seeking an Associate, Early Careers Recruiter to build pipelines for early careers across its investing and corporate groups in the EMEA region. You will engage talent through virtual and in-person events, acting as a trusted advisor to candidates as you guide them through the process.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to align strategies, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiter experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition in financial or professional services.
• Experience supporting graduate, internship, or early careers hiring programs.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume recruiting across multiple units or functions.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence and build relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex scheduling.
• Ability to assess and screen candidates based on requirements and business needs.
• Interest in candidate engagement, process improvement, and early careers recruiting.
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end processes.
• Comfort working in uncertain or unclear situations; strategic, data-driven thinker.

Responsibilities

• Talent Pipeline Development: proactively source and build a pipeline of early careers talent across EMEA.
• Develop creative strategies to attract candidates aligned with Blackstone values and business needs.
• Candidate Engagement: plan and execute engaging virtual and in-person events.
• Advisor to candidates: guide them through recruiting processes and help them find roles.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with hiring managers to tailor recruiting strategies.
• HR partnership: align hiring processes with HR to ensure consistency.
• Strategic Recruitment: drive initiatives to improve early careers recruiting, including process enhancements and data insights.
• Market awareness: stay ahead of market trends to attract top talent.
• Process Management: oversee hiring across multiple business units and refine candidate experience.
