Responsibilities

• Assist the Premises Manager with duties related to security of premises, heating and lighting, cleaning and porterage.
• Be contactable on site in working hours via a work walkie talkie.
• Open and lock the school site.
• Report to the Premises Manager or Headteacher matters likely to affect work or any repairs or maintenance required.
• Handyman tasks including painting as needed.
