HARLOW COLLEGE is seeking an enthusiastic Campus Operations Assistant to support and maintain College Estates across all sites, from general caretaking duties to reactive tasks such as manual handling and minor repairs.

You should have a full, clean driving licence; experience as a First Aider or willingness to train, and Level 2 Maths and English (GCSE/O Level/Functional Skills 2) or equivalent. The role operates on a shift pattern including early and late starts.

Job description

We would like an enthusiastic Campus Operations Assistant to join Harlow College. The role consists of assisting and maintaining College Estates at all sites, ranging from general caretaking duties to reactive requests ranging from manual handling task to minor repairs.

  • Ideally you should have a full, clean driving licence.
  • Experience as a First Aider or willingness to be trained to become one.
  • You will need to have Level 2 Maths and English (GCSE, O Level, or Functional skills level 2) or equivalent

The hours you will be working are on a shift pattern;

  • Earlies- start 06:45 - Finish 15:15 (Fridays 14:45)
  • Early Late- Start 10:00 - Finish 18:30 (Fridays 18:00)
  • Late Late- Start 13:00 - Finish 21:30

Harlow College has its main site across from Harlow Town and a number of sites in and around Harlow.

The College also has a campus located at Stansted Airport.
