ACS International Schools is seeking skilled Maintenance Operatives to join our Cobham campus team. The role involves a broad range of planned and reactive tasks to keep buildings safe, well‑maintained and welcoming for students and staff.

• Must have a relevant trade qualification or at least five years' experience in building maintenance.
• Part P electrical qualification or willingness to undertake Level 3 City & Guilds.
• Strong health and safety knowledge including COSHH and manual handling.

Responsabilités

• Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks including decorating, carpentry, plumbing and tiling.
• Identify defects around the campus and repair or report them as needed.
• Use an iPad/CAFM system to manage work orders; full training provided.
• Ensure all maintenance is completed safely, cost‑effectively and to high standard.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager to secure materials and supplies.
