Qualifications
Must hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
Have City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
Prior experience in building maintenance including M&E systems required.
Responsibilities
Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across UK estates.
Monitor condition of buildings and undertake repairs and renovations.
Assist with planning of refurbishment projects.
