Responsibilities
Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across GBS UK estates portfolio.
Monitor condition of GBS buildings and undertake repairs and renovations.
Assist Estates and Facilities in planning of refurbishment projects.
Skills
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations
Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems
Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques
Flexible and proactive approach to work
Familiarity with COSHH requirements
Interpersonal skills
Full, Clean Driving Licence
