Walsall College are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our Estates team on a permanent basis. You will help maintain the fabric and contents of the premises and provide a high standard of service across all campus facilities.

The role involves planned maintenance, proactive and reactive repairs, and support for building mechanical services. A confident, motivated candidate with proven maintenance knowledge is required.

• Proven knowledge and experience in maintenance fields.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the structure and fabric of the premises and its contents.
• Carry out planned maintenance works and reactive repairs.
• Cover all areas of building maintenance and mechanical services across the campus.
