Job summary

Education Partnership North East is seeking an Estates Team member to support campus operations, safety and presentation. You will perform routine maintenance, room setups, and waste management while ensuring security and a welcoming environment for learners and staff.

The role requires a proactive, flexible attitude, and the ability to work independently or with the team across multiple sites. Enhanced disclosure checks apply.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites to cover shifts 06:00–23:00.
• Use of hand tools and basic trades skills across multiple campuses.
• First aid at work and working at height capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure college campuses and support daily estates operations.
• Carry out basic repairs and complete planned preventative maintenance.
• Set up furniture and rooms as required and manage waste daily.
• Supervise contractors and visitors to ensure safety and presentation.
