Job summary

OneSchool Global UK Kenley Campus is seeking a proactive Premises Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the campus buildings and grounds, ensuring safety, security and high maintenance standards for students, staff and visitors.

You will manage maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor relationships and health and safety records, working closely with the Campus Principal to keep the site running smoothly and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking, facilities management, premises or maintenance roles.
• IOSH qualified and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the security, maintenance and presentation of the campus buildings and grounds.
• Oversee all health and safety compliance, inspections, audits and statutory testing requirements.
• Manage contractors onsite, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
• Maintain records through Donesafe, including risk assessments, inspections and compliance checks.
• Coordinate fire safety procedures, drills and emergency planning.
• Carry out minor repairs and arrange specialist maintenance where required.
• Monitor heating, water and building systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Manage cleaning standards and janitorial supplies within budget.
• Ensure compliance with COSHH, legionella management, PAT testing, Gas Safe inspections, LOLER inspections and other regulatory requirements.
