Job summary

Heart of Worcestershire College is seeking a Facilities Caretaker to manage and operate buildings across campuses, including out-of-hours on-call duties. The role requires supporting security, deliveries, and general maintenance in a dynamic college environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant industrial experience in facilities management or related field.
• First aid qualification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Be conversant with the management and operation of all buildings occupied by the College.
• Be on call for out of hours requirements (allowance paid).
• Ensure the College is unlocked and secured as required.
• Assist with suppliers delivering incoming goods and distribute deliveries.
• Comply with the requirements of Health and Safety at Work legislation and carry out general maintenance repairs.
