Job summary

University of Bath is seeking a Campus Events Coordinator to support a diverse programme of widening access and recruitment events. You will plan, organise, and deliver activities for prospective Bath students, offer holder days and campus events, handling bookings and logistics with schools, colleges, and partners.

This part-time, 0.8 FTE role (29.2 hours/week) is fixed-term to September 2027 and requires DBS clearance; you will interact with students, families and external organisations and

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or coordination roles.
• Strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with students, parents and partners.
• Ability to schedule, book venues, catering and transport.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required.
