Job summary

The University of Bath is seeking a Campus Events Coordinator to support widening access and recruitment events on campus, including residential days and offer holder events. You will schedule, book, and coordinate venues, catering and logistics, liaise with schools and partner organisations, and provide admin support for programmes such as Autism Summer School, Discover Bath and Step into Bath.

• Plan, organise and deliver a diverse programme of events on campus.
• Schedule events, take bookings from schools and partners, arrange logistics.
• Provide admin support for residential and access programmes and timetables.
• Coordinate room bookings, catering, parking and related logistics.
