Job summary

The University of Bath is seeking a Campus Events Coordinator to support the planning, organisation and delivery of widening access and recruitment events. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, schools and partner organisations, ensuring events run smoothly through meticulous planning and strong attention to detail.

This part-time, fixed-term role (0.8 FTE) for parental leave cover requires occasional evening and weekend work; DBS check will be carried out.

Qualifications

• You will be the key point of contact for students, parents, schools and partner organisations.
• You will plan, organise and deliver a diverse programme of widening access and recruitment events.
• You will arrange logistics such as room bookings, catering and parking.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organise events and take bookings from schools, colleges and partners.
• Prepare participant support plans and timetables for residential and access programmes.
• Collaborate with partner organisations such as IntoUniversity on communications and administration of events.
