Red King Resourcing is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for an on-site role at Regent's Park, London NW1. The position is permanent with a 7:00am-3:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm shift pattern, Monday to Friday, to support electrical installation and routine maintenance across the campus.

The role requires Level 3 NVQ and 18th Edition, with experience in a maintenance team, BMS knowledge, and CAFM systems. You will ensure safe, reliable power and lighting for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification required: Level 3 NVQ and 18th Edition.
• Experience in a maintenance team.
• Experience with lighting and emergency lighting installations.

Responsabilités

• Respond to emergencies and perform planned maintenance across campus.
• Complete electrical maintenance activities and respond to breakdowns.
• Liaise with external contractors and ensure high-quality work.
