AMS is seeking an Operations Manager- Early Careers & Campus to lead recruitment operations, manage a team of recruiters and coordinators, and ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs for a maternity cover contract in the UK. The role emphasizes workforce planning, client partnerships, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience in Early Careers, campus recruitment, RPO, or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven team leadership experience within recruitment environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Experience delivering graduate, internship, apprenticeship, or placement programmes.
• Knowledge of campus recruitment, assessment centres, and university engagement.
• Track record of delivering against SLAs, KPIs, and hiring targets.
• Strong operational, workforce planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience managing escalations and driving service excellence.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance, diversity hiring, and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
