Job summary

Luminate Education Group in Leeds is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant to join our campus reception team. You will guide students and visitors, answer inquiries across face-to-face, phone, email and web chat, and support applicants from application to enrolment.

Based in central Leeds, you’ll work within a large Customer Experience and Student Recruitment team across multiple campuses. The role offers flexible and hybrid working opportunities, with a friendly team dedicated to delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused roles.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google applications.
• Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 or above.

Responsibilities

• Greet students, visitors and stakeholders with a friendly, enthusiastic approach.
• Provide information and guidance via face-to-face, telephone, email and web chat.
• Guide current and prospective students from application to enrolment.
• Identify needs, clarify information, research issues, and offer solutions.
• Participate in college recruitment events such as open days and curriculum activities.
• Promote course-specific programs and activities.
• Adapt to flexible shifts, including occasional Saturdays.
