The Manchester College is seeking a proactive Enrichment and Participation Co-ordinator for our Wythenshawe campus. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) focuses on leading enrichment activities to boost learner engagement, wellbeing and development.

You will work within a vibrant college community where staff make a real difference to student life and success. The role is based on-site at Wythenshawe campus and offers a rewarding environment.

Competenze

  • Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Level 3 in a related area.
  • Evidence of coordinating activities and/or events for young people.
  • Evidence of effective use of ICT systems and programs; including Microsoft Office.
  • Evidence of working with and engaging 16+ students, including adults.

We have an exciting opportunity at our Wythenshawe campus to join us as an Enrichment and Participation Co-ordinator on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Qualified to at least level 3 in a related area.
  • Evidence of coordinating activities and/or events for young people.
  • Evidence of effective use of ICT systems and programs; including Microsoft Office.
  • Evidence of working with and engaging 16+ students, including adults.
  • Effective time-management.
  • Prioritising workload.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Flexibility of approach.
  • Working in a team.
  • Attending meetings and contributing to the development of working practices.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
