Job description

ITG is growing, and we're looking for people who can help us in the delivery of our award-winning email marketing campaigns. With 3-billion emails, mobile messages, and push notifications delivered last year; and an ever-increasing client base, we're seeking individuals who can keep pace with a fast-moving environment and prioritize client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively liaise with the Account team for each client and resolve client issues as needed.
  2. Manage testing throughout the campaign process.
  3. Coordinate internal teams to implement amendments.
  4. Communicate with design, data, development, and client teams, providing clear briefs.
  5. Ensure all project and campaign deadlines are met.
  6. Understand the creative and technical aspects of online marketing.
  7. Gain knowledge of CRM platform technology.
  8. Develop an understanding of response-driven email marketing for multiple campaigns.

Candidate Qualities and Skills:

  • Customer-centric mindset and commitment to excellent service.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively without micromanagement.
  • Proactive in managing client expectations and resolving issues.
  • Experience in a marketing agency is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of online marketing creative and technical components.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Digital and email marketing experience is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with data comprehension skills.
