Job Description

Reporting to the Content & Campaign Management Group Head as a Content & Campaign Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standards—from content chasing and scheduling to campaign monitoring and reporting. You’ll work closely with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure all campaign content is to spec, governance-compliant, and scheduled on time to deliver maximum impact.

Juggling multiple priorities effectively will be key, along with providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

What you’ll be doing…
  • Chasing, receiving, and scheduling campaign content, ensuring everything meets spec and compliance standards.
  • Supporting the smooth delivery of both digital and classic campaigns, from content upload to poster production.
  • Monitoring live campaigns and resolving any under-delivery issues, providing Proof of Play and campaign imagery.
  • Handling campaign-related queries and working closely with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to keep everything on track.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
What we’re looking for…

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and problem-solving. You’ll need excellent attention to detail, a strong customer-first approach, and the ability to manage several moving parts with calm and confidence.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable with data and campaign tracking systems
  • Positive and proactive, with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Passionate about teamwork and continuous improvement
What’s in it for you
  • Starting salary of £28,500
  • Quarterly sales incentive – 15% OTI
  • Flexible working (generally 3 days in our Central London office and 2 days at home/another location)
  • 33 paid holidays including bank holidays
  • Company Pension Scheme matched up to 8%
  • Healthcare Cash Plan
  • Life Insurance and group income protection scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Travel/Season ticket loans and a host of discounts across hundreds of retailers
  • Social events
