Job summary

VCCP in London is seeking an ambitious Social Account Director to lead always-on content, newsroom reactivity, and longer cultural campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and emerging platforms. You will drive agile production, manage a multidisciplinary team, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering standout social strategy and creative work.

This role reports to the Business Director within the Social team and offers significant headroom for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in an Account Director role within an agency.
• Deep native understanding of platform formats and trends.
• Experience managing multi-speed production workflows.
• Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and community management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agency’s social strategy and creative response to client briefs with a social-first approach.
• Report directly to the Business Director, owning account health, growth, and financial outcomes.
• Oversee agile delivery with Producers, Creators, Influencer Managers, and Strategists.
• Ensure fast-turnaround content and long-term campaigns across platforms with compliant processes.
• Mentor and develop Senior Account Executives, Account Managers, and Community Managers.
