Qualifications

• Assessment and care planning skills

• Assess and plan care for children and young people, in partnership with carers
• Deliver a range of interventions within CAMHS pathways
• Support safeguarding and risk management processes
• Make onward referrals as appropriate and coordinate with Wakefield CAMHS
