Job summary

South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Wakefield is seeking a Band 6 CAMHS Primary Practitioner to join the Primary Intervention Team. You will work in the Single Point of Access, triaging calls and making informed clinical decisions to help young people and families access the right support.

The role uses our 2+1 approach—one initial assessment and two focused sessions—and requires strong risk assessment and safeguarding when needed.
