Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work within CAMHS settings and MDTs.
• Experience in assessing and planning for child and family needs.
• Ability to monitor outcomes using ROM and to participate in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality CAMHS assessment of referred children and families.
• Provide access to a range of psychotherapeutic interventions per assessed need.
• Co-therapist collaboration with MDT when appropriate.
• Manage a defined caseload and undertake case management responsibilities.
• Identify and develop strategies to manage risk to the child and others.
• Liaise with professionals outside the MDT as needed.
• Routinely monitor clinical effectiveness via ROM and engage in reviews.
• Participate in CAMHS emergency duty rota for urgent mental health assessments.
