Job Opportunity: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) invites applications for a substantive Advanced Nurse Practitioner position based at The Newtown Centre in Huntingdon, within the Adult Locality Team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide specialist nursing leadership, including assessments and interventions for service users.
2. Promote effective service ethos, collaborating with Team and Service Managers.
3. Participate in reviewing and updating clinical policies and guidelines.
4. Coordinate with other organizations and professionals to ensure communication and best practices.
5. Undertake audit activities and supervise team staff.
6. Hold a Non-Medical Prescribing qualification and support medical reviews under supervision.
7. Manage a caseload of patients.
