Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND.
• Experience in education, care, or support settings.
• Ability to work 1:1 and in small groups.
• Passion for SEND education and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support in class.
• Support students with learning, communication and development.
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise students inside and outside the classroom.
• Support teachers with lesson prep and materials.
