Job summary

DeverellSmith Group is seeking a friendly Community Host in Cambridge to welcome residents and visitors, manage front-of-house operations, and support leasing activities. You’ll be the on-site face, handle inquiries, and help create a positive, welcoming living environment.

With 40 hours per week and a Saturday shift pattern, you’ll play a key role in community events, move-ins, and ongoing resident support, contributing to a high standard of presentation and service.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, residential property or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and guests with a warm, professional welcome.
• Manage front desk, phone and site inbox; respond to enquiries promptly.
• Take ownership of resident queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage visitor access, keys and fobs per site procedures.
• Oversee deliveries and parcel management.
