Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is offering a 2027 Graduate Programme for a Graduate Town Planner in Cambridge. You will join a supportive, multidisciplinary team and contribute to planning applications, community engagement and plan promotion across residential and environmental projects.

The role is designed to develop professional skills toward RTPI accreditation, with opportunities to work on large-scale developments and infrastructure in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an RTPI-accredited programme.
• Knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Office, SketchUp is beneficial.
• Eligible to work in the UK with unconditional right to live and work.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planning research and site appraisals to support project development within a collaborative team.
• Assist with preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
• Support community engagement and stakeholder consultation activities.
• Contribute to promotion of local plans and planning policy responses.
• Work on a mix of residential, commercial, and environmental projects.
